Yes! Each piece is handcrafted with love, care, and attention to detail. From handbags to hats, belts to sunglasses cases—every item is uniquely made to reflect bold, personal style.
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we offer limited custom orders depending on availability. If you have a specific vision in mind, feel free to contact us via the “Contact” page to discuss your idea.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since our items are handmade, processing times can range from 7–14 business days, depending on the item. You’ll receive an update once your item has shipped, along with tracking information.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S., but international shipping is in the works. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media!
5. What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
6. How should I care for my leather items?
We recommend keeping leather goods away from water, direct sunlight, and sharp objects. Use a soft cloth to clean, and store items in a dust bag or cool, dry space when not in use.
7. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! If you’re purchasing an item as a gift, just leave us a note at checkout. We’ll wrap it with care and can include a personalized note at no extra charge.
